Colette Pichon Battle, founder and executive director of Gulf Coast Center for Law and Policy (GCCLP), is an accomplished advocate at the forefront of water equity conversations. Colette has a wealth of experience and deep knowledge of climate justice, equitable disaster recovery, community economic development, and more.

Colette is joining New Jersey in the midst of water disaster, flooding, and climate change. Her on-the-ground experience in Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina and her involvement in national and international conversations exploring solutions is sure to inspire and challenge conference participants.
