What is the metro program?
Metro teams are scaled down versions of our club teams that primarily stay in the metroplex for tournaments. Many of our athletes that join our metro program are first time club players or players that have other interests and would like to be on a club volleyball team.
How many practices do they have?
Metro teams practice twice per week for 1 hour each practice.
When do practices start?
Practices will begin in November and go through April.
What days are practices?
Practices will take place on Tuesday/Thursday 5:00-6:00 pm at The Sports Cabana at Craig Ranch.
How many tournaments do metro teams participate in?
Our metro teams will participate in 4-6 one day tournaments throughout the season.
Do metro teams get a uniform package?
Yes, a smaller uniform package through Under Armour:
- Jersey
- Backpack
- Socks
- Spandex
- Practice shirts
- Jacket
What is the cost of a metro team?
$1800/player. $400 deposit due at signing, remaining balance paid over 5 months.
Do I need to have a USAV membership?
Yes! you are a club team with Power under USAV volleyball. We will provide further instructions on how to secure your membership once placed on a team.
How do I join a metro team?
Please register at the link below if interested in joining a metro team. We will do our best to accommodate all requests and to form teams based on grade and age.

Is the end of year club banquet included?
Yes, all metro team players will receive one free admission to the end of season banquet!
How many metro teams will power have this year?
We are anticipating having 2-4 metro teams this year between the ages of 10-14's.
