The program runs for a total of nine monthly sessions from September 2021 to May 2022. This training program will be interactive and will have expert trainers to discuss topics such as Personal Leadership Style, Leading your Team, Working with your Board, Financials, Fundraising/Networking, Strategic Planning, Imposter Syndrome, Mentoring and more.
Also included are exercises built in to help you practice your knowledge and understand at a deeper level. To that end, there will be homework/readings between each class.
Leading From Within is designed to maximize your learning by participating in all aspects of the program. The expectation is that you will attend all of the program days, honor the time commitment and other program participation requirements.
