A WORD FROM PETER AND MARISSA

Hello and welcome to the first edition of our newsletter.
Our intention here is to keep you up to date with the changes both within our business and the industry and to give you access to new products and special offers!

You may already be aware that North Regional Gas has recently changed ownership. We are now full owners of the business and are proud to have now become Townsville’s only locally owned independent gas supplier. This allows us to have our own filling station and brand and gives our customers one less entity to deal with! Our hope is to make the industry safe through our efforts to provide both education and the best possible service to our customers.

We understand how busy people are. The recent introduction of our App and our new online retail store are two of the ways we are trying maximising convenience to make the lives of our customers as easy as possible. Our commitment to innovation is absolute and you will continue to see improvements in this area.

Finally, we want to thank you for your ongoing support.

NRG IS NOW AN INDEPENDENT GAS SUPPLIER!
UPDATE
North Regional Gas is now an independent gas supplier meaning we now provide our own gas cylinders for home and commercial use.

BENEFIT FOR CUSTOMERS
Customers can now rent and refill their gas cylinders through NRG alone, without the need of an additional supplier minimizing time and effort. 

WHAT WILL CHANGE
North Regional Gas will charge rental on cylinders as a one-off fee on an annual basis. The Annual Safety/ Rental Fee is $25.00 per cylinder.
For those customers who have already paid Elgas rental for the year, NRG will honor this agreement. (Documentation containing proof of purchase and rental dates required.)

AUTOMATIC GAS REPLACEMENT
We are pleased to be able to offer automatic gas replacement for all gas customers!

This will allow you to set up a automatic delivery so that you never run out of gas! We will simply come in and exchange your bottle for you - you don't need to do a thing!

You determine the timeframe and we do the rest! Customers can also cancel or reschedule at any time.

HOW TO ORDER GAS USING THE NRG APP

Now you can order your gas via our App!

To use the NRG App, simply go to the App Store or Google Play to download.

Once you have it on your mobile device, follow the prompts to place your order. If you get stuck, head to our website to view our step by step instructions.
