Computer Helper Publishing is announcing upgrades to your Church Windows Support. 
 We will be offering three Support Tiers:
Standard, Deluxe, and Elite.
Starting on April 1st, 2023, you can utilize our Support Tiers to best fit your organization’s needs with a monthly subscription. Our customizable pricing is based on the software platform type, modules owned, and the level of Support selected. We are also excited to offer several new training options.

This change will not affect you until your support renewal date occurring on or after 4/1/2023. The purpose of this email is to inform you of the upcoming changes for 2023 budgeting purposes.

Use the Module Column below as a guide for your new pricing and select a Support Level.
, customer #, Support Expiration Date is . When your Support expires 04/01/2023 or after, you will select your desired Support Tier. More information on the selection process and transition will follow. 
To show our appreciation, we are offering the Deluxe Level at Standard price for the first year after transition!

We believe the new Support Tiers, with a Monthly Subscription, will give the Support it needs, along with the Training options you want.
 Similar to your current update and support program, the new tier structure is a 12-month commitment for the first year.

Monthly Subscriptions require a credit card on file or an ACH transaction. Checks are only accepted when purchasing for 12, 24, or 36 months.
