The Point of Connection

Hello dear friends, colleagues, and community!

For several months, our team has been reflecting on who we are—both collectively and now. We wanted a new name to reflect our team-led, inclusive, and equity-centered model.

We are excited to share our big news – Korwin Consulting is now Radiance.

Radiance is about light. We help shed light on lessons and impacts so organizations and grant makers focused on social justice and equity can learn, plan, and communicate well about the value of their work.

Radiance is also about connections. We bring people together and use radiant thinking to see patterns and themes and to connect staff, community, board members, and others to collective visions for change.

We’re building on a strong foundation of over 35 years of combined experience in evaluation and strategic learning design, while welcoming new ideas and newcomers to the field, who learn and grow with us.

As practitioners of social justice evaluation, we integrate a focus on the ways policies, programs, and institutions promote or impede equity and inclusion. Our tagline is “Learning for Social Change,” because we firmly believe that the questions we ask and the work we do help build the strategies, programs, and systems that will transform society. In future newsletters, we’ll talk about what we’re learning and thinking about, and we’ll ask questions to help move the work of social change forward.
