HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS & SUITES® - SPRINGFIELD NORTH OPENS THEIR DOORS

SPRINGFIELD, Mo - February 1, 2019 -  IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) [LON: IHG, NYSE: IHG (ADRs)], announced today that the Holiday Inn Express & Suites® - Springfield North has recently completed construction on their 111- room hotel on North Kentwood Ave.
 
The Holiday Inn Express & Suites- Springfield North, located at 3050 North Kentwood Ave, is next to the new Moon Town Crossing Barn event venue. It is owned by Glen44 Investments, LLC, and managed by O'Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC, under a license agreement with a company in the InterContinental Hotels Group.
 
"We look forward to offering our guests an enhanced stay experience while providing exceptional levels of customer service," said Kevin Algeo, the hotel's general manager.
 
Glen44 Investments, LLC, has invested $13 million in the 4-story property which features meeting space, complimentary hot breakfast, state of the art fitness center, indoor pool, and outdoor patio complete with a gas fire pit.
 
Tim O'Reilly, CEO of the hotel and Moon Town Crossing complex says, "We are excited to announce the opening of this soon to be the LEED-certified hotel in North Springfield. The combination of this modern, upscale hotel with our Moon Town Crossing Barn/event center, Macadoodles fine wine, and spirits tasting venue and our Tesla Supercharger station creates a unique destination opportunity for social events, weddings, meetings, parties, concerts, and gatherings of every kind!"
 
The Holiday Inn Express & Suites is scheduled to open early this month.
