Funding Great Schools. Rooted in Community.

Video about RootED and Denver Families uniting

Exciting news - Denver Families for Public Schools and RootED Denver are bringing our organizations together! Beginning in January 2025, our combined organization will continue under the name Denver Families for Public Schools. Together, we will build on our collective strengths to deepen our commitment to ensuring high-quality public schools that serve all families in Denver.

Our decision to unite is rooted in a history of shared work and vision for public education in Denver. By combining the grassroots organizing and leadership development of Denver Families for Public Schools with RootED’s community-driven partnership and investment work in DPS schools, we’ll increase our ability to advocate for equitable, high-quality public schools that are responsive to the needs of Denver’s diverse communities. RootED's Annual Impact Report is Live

Introduction to RootED's 2024 Annual Impact Report

Each year, RootED Denver shares its annual impact report to inform you about and engage you in the work we’re doing to support great schools, community-based organizations and special initiatives in the metro area. We're proud of our team's work during this past year, as we focused on key priority areas where we believed we could have the greatest impact on education in Denver.

Since 2018, RootED has provided 333 grants totaling more than $27,892,847 million that have impacted more than 157,955 students in the Denver metro area. We look forward to amplifying our impact even further as we join forces with Denver Families for Public Schools beginning in 2025.
