Dear Mark,
For nearly a decade, we have called 475 Park Avenue South “home”. And we’re happy to share that you’ll be able to find us here for many years to come, as we recently renewed our lease for another ten years. But even more exciting is that we’re using this opportunity to bring a fresh new look and layout to the space!
On Monday, June 16th, we will start a renovation designed to make the office even more welcoming when you come to visit. And we are literally removing walls so that our team can collaborate more freely.
While the renovation progresses, it will be business as usual for all of us at Christopher Street. But we wanted to provide a few details.
- The project is expected to take 6-8 weeks. The team will work remotely for this period, but we will be as accessible as always.
- During the renovation period, all meetings will be by phone or video. If you prefer to meet in person, just let us know, and we can schedule you for when we return to the office.
- While we will collect mail throughout the renovation, if you need to send a check, please reach out to our Client Services team for instructions.
