NEW!! Avoid the Pain and Potential Sight Loss of Dry Eye!

There are several Tiers of Dry Eye Disease and we have a new tool to offer patients relief who are classified as Tier II and Tier II I. These are the typical symptoms by Tiers:

TIER I: Change in sight, discomfort, pain, feeling of a foreign object in eye or scratchiness
TIER II: Decrease in sight, moderate pain
TIER III: Major decrease in sight, moderate-severe pain

We have great treatment tools to diagnose the underlying factors of dry eye and can manage Tier I cases with re-wetting drops, heat compresses, vitamins and, sometimes, with medications.

LipiScan and LipiFlow are new tools to help us give significant relief to our TIER II and TIER III patients! These multifactorial cases are stubborn, constant and painful for our patients; t hey require a tailored treatment plan based on the diagnosis of the underlying causes - LipiScan is a great new tool to help accomplish this. LipiFlow treatments are done in-office, under medical supervision to help treat the root cause.

DOCTOR-APPROVED Virtual Reality

This new treatment is a great compliment to our Vision Therapy Program for children with a lazy or turned eye. Real world targets and experiences are preferred; however, we can more quickly control reality and the specific stimuli with this new technology. It's like controlling two speakers and the balance between them! It is controlled within the clinical setting, as we know when and how to introduce shifts in the stimulation based on the unique responses of each patient. This does not replace real world for certain development; therefor, the doctor will determine if this will be introduced into a patient's individualized treatment plan. The kids in treatment have loved it - definitely kid-approved too!
