Youth Group wrapped up on Sunday night.

Thank you to Allison Cockrill and the Youth Ministry Committee for a wonderful night of fun as we said goodbye to seniors and headed into summer.

And yes, that is Bigfoot at Youth Group. Our theme was "Let's Go Wild!"

Be on the lookout for news about summer youth activities. And if you are a middle schooler (or about to be one), don't forget to register for the middle school mission week, "Faith in Action." Information and registration here.

Dessert First: Preparing for Death while Savoring Life

No one wants to think about their own death or the death of a loved one, but preparing for the inevitable can be a gift to you and your family. On June 7th from 9-11 a.m. Peter Henry, John Ryan and Deborah Conner will lead you through a discussion related to end-of-life planning. Using J. Dana Trent’s book Dessert First, we will offer information that will help you start the conversation with your loved ones, begin making plans for yourself and understanding your own fears and doubts about death. Click here to register by Realm or call the church office. The book is available in the church office for $15.00. If you have questions, contact Deborah Conner.

Speaking of Angels and Sparrows, a note from a recent year-end email from that partner. "Together, we provided 247,456 meals to more than 1,000 households and equipped 155 individuals with 12,710 hours of education, tutoring, mentoring, and college and career readiness last year." You were part of that DCPC. Thank you for your support of our mission partners.
