The Grill At 1951
is truly a celebration of the arts.

Imagine sitting in an elegant, warmly lit dining room surrounded with images of the masters of the art world throughout the centuries. A glass of fine wine in your hand created by some of the greatest wine makers in the world. As you sit back and begin to relax, the sounds of a grand piano, a saxaphone, a live Jazz trio before you on stage begins a performance that takes you away. To make this artistic experience complete, you are about to experience the Culinary Art of our Executive Chef whose understanding of the human palate and talent with flavor profiles and textures delivers unique and thoughtful cuisine.

The Grill At 1951 is like nothing else in Southwest Florida and the quality and diversity of the performances on our stage is second to none.

We feature live musical artists every night Monday through Saturday with Special events on a monthly basis such as Mike Imbasciani and his Blues Rockerz and The Michael D'Amore Dinner Show.

Our Weekly Line-up of Talent:


  • Monday: Glenn Paladino featuring Glenn Paladino on piano and Bob Miner on Sax.
  • Tuesday: The Tony Boffa Quartet featuring Tim Goodman on piano, Tony Boffa on guitar and vocals, Jay Heavilin on bass, and Joe Bilardo on drums.
  • Wednesday: Wednesday Weekly Jazz Jam hosted by The Tim Goodman Trio. Jazz musicians from all over are invited to join on our stage to jam with our house band.
  • Thursday: Thursday nights will always surprise with something different. From a Murder Mystery Dinner, to an intimate solo performance, to a sophisticated Signature Wine Tasting Dinner.
  • Friday: Bill Fredericks & Doug Cassens featuring Bill Fredericks on vocals and keyboard and Doug Cassens on vocals as sax.
  • Saturday: Tony Boffa delivers an intimate solo performance that would be best described as the music of your life. Tony's repertiore spanning over 7 decades brings the memories flooding back.

Chef will feature his fabulous Prime Rib Dinner
paired with the Jazz Duets of
Glenn Paladino on our grand piano accompanied by the incredible Bob Miner on the Tenor Saxophone.

The Tony Boffa Quartet


On Tuesday evening, The Tony Boffa Quartet will perform mainstream Jazz every Tuesday with Tim Goodman on piano, Tony Boffa on guitar and vocals, Joe Bilardo on drums, and Jay Heavilin on upright bass.

EXCITING THURSDAYS
Every Thursday will surprise with a different event or performance.

From an Intimate Jazz Dinner Concert featuring top-class performers, to a Murder Mystery Dinner featuring a professional Improv Troupe, to a professional solo Pianist tickling the ivories for a romantic evening, Thursday evenings will always deliver.
Fridays featuring Billy Fredericks and
Doug Cassens

Every Friday features Billy Fredericks on vocals, piano, and keyboard with Doug Cassens on sax and flute.
This duo's repertoire of pop standards combined with Billy's incredible vocals make for a memorable evening.
