Hripsime graduated from Yerevan State University with a master’s degree in English Language and Philology. In 2007, she began working for Gyumri Social Child Care Center, implementing different projects and programs to support children at risk.

In 2013, she was appointed Project Coordinator with “Little Prince” Day Care Center. There, Hripsime managed family-oriented support to families and children at risk in the Gyumri community. Hripsime joined

the SOAR family full-time in 2016. Her inspiration is realizing significant change in the lives of institutionalized children and helping them become self-sufficient adults.

Congratulations Hripsime - we are blessed to have you overseeing our work!
