Last month, I promised more information about our

party in Toronto. I'm excited to share the details today.
A special gathering
The
Quillette
team, members of which live across the world, from Sydney to London to Toronto to Portland, is convening in Toronto for our first editorial summit.
After we pulled that idea together, another quickly followed: Where's the party?
And so was born
Q Social
, a unique chance for
Quillette
readers, contributors and editors to gather and raise a glass together.
We hope you can join us
Of course we'd love to invite everyone. But every party has its limits. So I know you'll understand that we must first give a nod to our generous Patreon supporters.
More than 3,500 of you have signed up to support the
Quillette
mission. If you're already among them, you're all set. Look for a separate email invitation tomorrow and RSVP as soon as you can if you plan to attend.
What if I'm not a Patreon patron?
But wait, I don't live anywhere near Toronto!
Until Elon Musk invents a reliable teleporter, we can't help you with this one. We could say, "Hey, the weather in Toronto is great this time of year so why not make a weekend trip of it?" But if you've been to Toronto in January, you know that wouldn't be wholly true. What we can say is we're hoping that this is the first in a series of Q Socials in cities around the world.
