"The Blind Cook" Christine Ha writes for MABVI's INSIGHT Blog

BlindCookThe self-described "Blind Cook" Christine Ha, first blind contestant and winner of season 3 of FOX's "Masterchef" cooking competition show, has written a piece for MABVI's INSIGHT Blog on cooking as a blind individual.

Christine shares some tips about cooking safely in the kitchen with vision loss, saying, "Perhaps the biggest misconception blind people have about cooking is that it's impossible. It's not. Look at me. It's about practice and adapting your kitchen and tools accordingly."

Check out Christine's piece, which includes some of her favorite holiday recipes!
