Exclusive Excess Liability Program - Spectrum

The excess liability market continues to be challenging as we enter the second half of 2023, but thankfully there is some new capacity in the marketplace to help us face these challenges.

I'm very excited about a new and exclusive excess liability product CRC recently put together, Spectrum Excess Casualty. Spectrum is fully underwritten in-house and backed by AM Best "A" rated paper. It offers exclusive casualty capacity available only through CRC. The Spectrum XS Casualty product provides access to a wide range of solutions for clients navigating a constantly evolving marketplace.

Target classes include Commercial Construction, Real Estate / Habitational, and Manufacturing.

A full list of excluded classes is outlined in the attached flyer.

Our underwriters are seasoned and willing to work through tough accounts with us. Please feel free to call with any questions or send your submissions over to us. My team's contact information is listed on the attached.
