George Torres, the 'Urban Jibaro' is a pioneer of Latino Media Content creation, a digital storyteller, and a community builder whose passion for Latino culture led him to create Sofrito for your Soul website, Sofrito Media Group, and more.

During the "thought phase" of LMC, George offered consultation and ideas for beginning an online group that supported the vision of Latina Moms Connect, previously known as Latina Moms of Long Island. Throughout the years, George has freely shared his knowledge and expertise around the creative process, branding, and social media management that has supported and advanced Latina Moms Connect.

Danielle Asher, the Founder and CEO of Dasher Communities a consulting company providing services that focus on action-oriented leadership. She has a long history of training and development and has been instrumental in helping leaders and families address

equity and inclusion.

During the “thought phase” of Latina Moms

Connect, Danielle was instrumental in encouraging and validating the idea of our potential work and reach she

offered guidance, mentoring, and support in setting up our initial framework. Her mentorship on strategically building partnerships, transparency, and

messaging has been key to the long-standing positive and credible relationships we have established through the years.
