Dear Member:

You have only a couple more weeks to see Frida Kahlo, Diego Rivera, and Mexican Modernism; it closes on May 2 and goes back to Mexico. As of this week, more than 30,000 visitors have visited our clean, safe, beautiful museum to see these works of Mexican Modernism. We have been lucky to have been able to see these masterpieces in person.

Changes are afoot in Common Ground. Click on the video below for a mini-tour with Josie Lopez to see some of the new works in exhibition. Plan to use your Member promo code to come and see these new acquisitions installed in a freshly updated gallery. And while you're here, stop by the Museum Store to pick up a Mother's Day gift in excellent taste.
Through May 2, use your member promo code AMFDIEGO21 to purchase your half-price ticket online.

This Member loves all the educational opportunities
"When I retired from Sandia Labs in 2014, I volunteered to become a docent at Albuquerque Museum. I support the Museum as a member as well. I love finding out ahead of time about all the opportunities at the Museum. I read the Member Magazine from cover to cover and plan ahead. The member emails are bite-sized gems of information and enhance my ability to be a good docent!

As we get older, keeping our brain engaged through learning and creative activities contributes to our overall health. Recently, I have signed up for the Creative Age art classes for students 55 and older. They have been amazing. Museum membership and participation is an excellent value—where else can we receive a quality local/national/international education for the nominal price of membership?" — Charline Wells, member since 2018
