FACILITIES UPDATE
CONCESSION/RESTROOM BUILDING UPDATE
We are excited to announce that
the Circle K concession stand at the OrthoCarolina Sportsplex is NOW OPEN!
Store hours:
Saturday: 9am - 5pm
Sunday: 11am - 4pm
Hours may be adjusted for special events and usage trends.
As a reminder, we have a Kick In campaign where we are still raising money for the ongoing maintenance of this building along with the other buildings around the club. The main wall adjacent to the patio of the concession stand has been set aside for all those families who have donated towards the Kick In campaign.

It is important that your club fees are kept up to date. Please check your account and make sure that your payment has been processed on the payment due date even if you are enrolled in the autopay system. If you have questions or need a special payment arrangement, please email Kerri Denner at

IMPORTANT WARNING AND REMINDER!
CSA values everyone's safety and security. We are concerned about the recent reports of car break-ins at our complexes. We are reminding everyone to safeguard your valuables by taking your personal belongings out of the car and ensuring your car is locked while you are watching practices and games at all of our complexes.
We have also received complaints on small children climbing on fences and playing on the banks around the fields surrounding the OrthoCarolina complex without adult supervision. Several staff have also had to remove young children from the fields during practices. Please monitor your children during events at the facilities and help the club protect the appearance of our complexes and safety of your kids.

IMPORTANT PARKING AND PRACTICE VIEWING REMINDERS AT ALL OUR SECTIONS
This is a reminder on parking and practice viewing requirements at our facilities. We strongly enforce the Rules and Regulations for the safety of our children at all the locations. We have to protect our children practicing or playing games and those trying to cross the entrance road in between cars to get to their parents' vehicles.
- NO PETS ALLOWED at any of our facilities.
- ONLY park in designated parking spaces.
- No one is allowed to pull alongside the curb to drop off or pick up passengers.
- Do not pull at the curb and stop - even if you remain in your vehicle. This obstructs the view of children as they try to cross the parking lot AND it obstructs the flow of traffic.
- There is ONE WAY traffic in the parking lot at the lower fields at the OrthoCarolina Sportsplex, please follow the signs and be sure you're traveling the correct way.
- CPI back parking lot is not accessible until after 6pm each night due to after school programs.
- Please adhere to the speed limits for the safety of our children.
- Spectators please stand behind signs or fences at the facilities when observing team practices.
- While exercising is important, we encourage members to exercise outside the fence at OrthoCarolina Sportsplex. At our other facilities, please do so behind viewing signs during team practices.
On modified training nights when the OrthoCarolina Sportsplex is extremely busy, the club advises parents to park at the top parking lot and walk your child down to the field.
