New Goals for 3rd Annual Fundraiser

Dear Clergy and Lay Leaders,

Human to Human continues to do our best to further the Jesus Movement by supporting emerging frontline ministries within and beyond the walls of our church by sharing Jesus’ mission of mercy, compassion & hope in the world.

We have relied on the generosity of you over the years and are grateful for the support. We have helped to serve over 120,000 meals to veterans, diaper 300 families per month, provide go bags for children entering foster care and more!

Our efforts have helped spread the message of love throughout the Diocese.

One of our major fundraising efforts is the Human to Human Annual Golf Tournament. We are entering our third year.

It has been inspiring and heartening to see signs along the course with the names of congregations that have provided support for the event. We are hoping this fall to see a sea of signs to greet Bishop Fisher when he arrives to play in his last tournament - as our Bishop.

We are aware that we have made several pleas recently on behalf of Human to Human and some of you have responded very generously…thank you!

If you have it in your heart…and mission budget, we ask you to consider sponsoring the tournament this year honor Bishop Fisher by continuing the ministry that means so much to him and to so many.

The brochure for the tournament is attached. Another way you can help is to forward the brochure to your congregation in an effort to raise a foursome or two to swell our roster of golfers. It is a wonderful time!
