PENSION

New transfer site  If you are an employer that uses the NWPS Move It transfer site to make your Pension contributions, you may have experienced issues with the site recently. To resolve these problems, NWPS suggests using their new site, effective immediately. Using the Chrome browser may provide the best experience.    NWPS will be reaching out to each employer contact in their records to make sure they have the information needed to access the new secure site, which is hosted by their parent company, Raymond James & Associates. The site can be accessed at the URL below:  https://moveittransfer.raymondjames.com/  Please watch for more information from NWPS about this change.

INSURANCE

Your employees will be receiving their benefits confirmation statements from Milliman within the next two weeks. They should be reviewed carefully to make sure they are accurate.    Employers will receive insurance invoices via email on January 4th. Funds will be pulled from employers’ bank accounts on January 11th.     Employers with administrative access credentials can log in and run a census report that will reflect employee benefits elections and costs for 2022.  Select “Report” from the options at the top of the page. Leave the “Select Benefits” field blank in order to pull in all insurance benefits. Use a “Run as of” date of 1/1/2022.     Remember that BBT’s Life, Disability, Dental, Vision, and Accident insurance rates have not changed for 2022.
