It's National Physical Therapy Month!
Physical therapy focuses on restoring and improving how your body moves so you can stay active, healthy, and independent. This might mean recovering from sports injuries, reducing pain from long hours of studying, or preventing problems from developing down the road. Physical therapists use guided exercise, hands-on care, and education to help build strength, improve mobility, and optimize performance.
Whether your goal is returning to athletics, walking across campus comfortably, being able to sit through long lectures, or simply feeling better day to day, physical therapy is an important tool to keep your body performing at its best.
Have questions about PT? Submit them here, and we’ll feature answers in our next newsletter!

Take a Stretch Break!
Cool-down stretching is one of the most important (and most neglected) parts of staying active. Taking a few minutes to stretch after studying, working out, or even just sitting too long helps reduce stiffness, improve flexibility, and prevent injury. Don’t forget to give your body the reset it deserves.
👉Check out the full sequence in this article: A cool-down stretch to help you stay flexible.
