On October 18 - 20, 2016, the Division for Early Childhood will bring together a passionate group of dedicated individuals who work with or on behalf of young children (0-8) with special needs and their families. Leading experts will gather from all over the world to unite with other participants and attendees who are   intimately invested in early intervention, early childhood special education, and related disciplines.

Taking place in Louisville, KY, this year’s conference theme, A Winning Trifecta: Knowledge, Implementation, and Evaluation of DEC Recommended Practices will be 'off to the races' for positive outcomes for children with special needs and their families. Each day of the 3-day conference will feature a communal gathering of all attendees where keynote speakers will deliver messages highlighting one of the three topics in our theme: Knowledge, Implementation, or Evaluation. Having received another record-breaking number of proposals for this year's DEC Conference, we're confident the 2016 program will be filled with the highest-quality content and the best attendance we've ever seen.
