Greetings! I am writing to let you know that exhibit space and sponsorship opportunities for the RSI/CMA 2018 Rail Expo & Technical Conference will be available RSI member companies only beginning on Tuesday, April 3. We are expecting over 1,100 attendees and 120+ exhibitors at Music City Center in downtown Nashville. New this year will be a concert on the exhibit hall floor on Monday, September 10, a learning center on the exhibit hall floor and additional conference sessions. There are many more details to follow. You can view a preliminary
show schedule here.
As for exhibit space sales, on April 3 I will send an email to all RSI administrative exhibitor contacts with instructions on how to select exhibit space online. RSI will offer exhibit space at RSI/CMA 2018 exclusively RSI members (in good standing)
until April 16. If you would like to reserve space please do so by Friday, April 13. You can find more details on exhibiting at RSI/CMA 2018 online here.
Exhibits space is $3,000 for member companies with a 10% premium fee for corners and end cap booths. There is a two-booth maximum (200 square feet) for exhibitors at RSI/CMA 2018. This will be a pop-up style, table top trade show. Member companies who exhibit will also receive priority points giving them better first round exhibit placement at Railway Interchange held during odd years.
Thank you for reading along and I sincerely hope your company will exhibit with us at RSI/CMA 2018. We are thrilled to partner with such a vibrant and welcoming city, downtown Nashville will be fun.
