Conversational Family Support Group
Tuesday July 31 - please join us!

Every other Tuesday evening, from 7:00 - 8:00pm, Sue Mix will be leading a conversational , interactive family support group for people who have a loved one in active addiction or early recovery.

This group is separate from our family education lecture series led by Babs Howard. Sue Mix is the Director of Family Support Services at Save the Michaels.
We are located at 737 Delaware Ave, and we are in our new suite of offices on the 1st floor, (behind Tipping Point Communications.) Park behind Catholic Charities, next door. To access our suite, come to the front door of our building and press the call button for Save the Michaels. We will buzz you in. See you Tuesday evening! Bring a friend!
Everyday Killers

The National Safety Council, BlueCross BlueShield WNY, along with Save the Michaels, and many other influential sponsors, bring an important exhibit to the Honda tent @ Canalside, Monday August 20 through August 26.

Everyday Killers is an exhibit that provides powerful insight into the deadly dangers of prescription medication.

Save the Michaels volunteers will be on hand to privately discuss how we can assist you or your loved one. If you are interesting in volunteering, please call us at 984-8375.

Clothing always needed
Save the Michaels transports people from the court programs to treatment facilities all over NY State. Most people only have the clothing on their backs.

We always accept gently used clothing donations of:

t-shirts or long-sleeved t-shirts

and brand new:
ladies and mens underwear
ladies shelf brassieres

We also gratefully accept wrapped , transparent facial soap bars , such as Neutrogenia.
