Be sure to review rules and regulations before you go to DEMA Show so you can avoid costly or time consuming exhibit re-designs on Show site. Rules & Regulations are available in the online Exhibitor Services Manual.

Where to go? Here are a few key show locations you'll need to know:

• First Aid: North Hall Concourse Lobby, just outside of the registration area
• Registration: Front of LVCC North Hall
• Space Selection/Sales Office: Booth #2270
• Show Management Office: Front of LVCC North Hall (just before registration)

Drop off your press kits in the Media Office, located in the North Concourse Lobby, between 8:30 AM and 3:00 PM on Tuesday, November 13. We recommend about 50 USB media kits with images of 300 DPI or greater.

DEMA's Executive Committee has approved the activation of the Disaster Assistance Program to assist DEMA-Member Show Exhibitors and Buyers impacted by Hurricane Michael.

No-cost loan of payment processing terminals, waiver of annual security fee and monthly fees through year end. 

To help Members impacted by Hurricane Michael, member benefit provider Desormais Management is offering the following assistance with payment processing hardware and services: 

For any Member in the impacted areas, annual data security fees will be waived for the next year, monthly fees waived through year-end, and we will provide in-store and mobile card processing hardware for the Member's use for as long as they use this service, free of charge. 

This is in addition to the very competitive DEMA Member processing rates already available to dive shops, manufacturers, distributors, and not-for-profits that are DEMA Members. 

Impacted Members will have many details to tend to as they restart and rebuild their businesses and care for their communities. Use your DEMA Membership to help get things up and running, with no up-front cost, while moving to a lower overall cost structure for payment processing.

This new Show feature will provide Show attendees and exhibitors with opportunities to meet and engage with authors, hear about their exploits and encounters, obtain signed copies of their books, and have a unique experience while at DEMA Show. 

Participating authors will benefit from the unique opportunity to connect one-on-one with their readers and directly promote their books. 

For this 2018 pilot program, the $100 per 30-minute session fee is waived for all participating authors who register by 4:00 pm Pacific time, November 1, 2018. Please refer to the Author's Corner Participation Rules for complete details and requirements. To participate, authors must be connected to an existing exhibitor (or have their own DEMA Show booth). Authors are encouraged to sign up early and promote their presence at the Show!
