Important Reminders for Exhibitor Move-In, Hand Carry & POV

All product must be unloaded within a few minutes and the vehicle must then be moved.

Private guards can be hired from the official security contractor; see the order form located in the Utilities section of the exhibitor service manual.

Exhibitors who are selling on the show floor must collect Nevada state sales tax and submit it as described in the Rules and Regulations section of your exhibitor service manual, using Nevada’s Sales and Use Tax Return. This return form can be picked up in the Show Management Office.
