NOVEMBER 7:
- Today is the last day for receipt of shipments at the advance freight warehouse address
NOVEMBER 11-16:
- Direct Product Shipments for the New Product Showcase, Silent Auction Donations & Scuba Demonstration Pool will be accepted on Monday and Tuesday only
NOVEMBER 12:
- New Product Showcase, Scuba Demonstration Pool and Silent Auction donation products must be dropped off with a DEMA staff member at DEMA Central, Booth #1561 by 12:00 p.m. in order to be ready in time for Show opening
- Exhibitor Move-In must be complete by 5:00 p.m.

Hand Carry Exhibitors:
Hand Carry & Personally Owned Vehicle (POV) Exhibitors may hand-carry their merchandise from their POV (passenger car, pickup truck or van) located in the designated areas. Unloading requires one person to remain with the vehicle at ALL times. Product must be unloaded within a few minutes and the vehicle must be moved. Flatbeds 15' or longer, U-Haul's, or other box trucks and vans are NOT considered POVs and will be subject to standard material handling rates. To further assist you, The Expo Group provides Cart Service for POVs.
If Unloading from a Personally Owned Vehicle
One person must remain with the vehicle at ALL times. Product must be unloaded and the vehicle must be moved within a few minutes. Flatbeds that are 15' or longer, U-Haul's, or other box trucks and vans are NOT considered POVs and will be subject to standard material handling rates. To further assist you, The Expo Group provides Cart Service.

If you serve food and beverage without Centerplate’s knowledge, you could be penalized.
Be sure to make arrangements with Centerplate, the official food and beverage contractor for DEMA Show, prior to the Show.

Drop off your press kits in the Media Office, located in room W202A, between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 12. We recommend about 50 USB media kits with images of 300 DPI or great.

- 2019 Gold DEMA Members:
- 5 Badges per 100 net square feet of contracted and paid exhibit space
- 2019 Silver DEMA Members:
- 4 Badges per 100 net square feet of contracted and paid exhibit space
- Non-Members:
