Be sure to review rules and regulations before you go to DEMA Show so you can avoid costly or time consuming exhibit re-designs on Show site. Rules & Regulations are available in the online Exhibitor Services Manual.

The online exhibitor dashboard will close at 11:00 PM on Sunday, November 11. Be sure to register your booth staff prior to this date. After November 11, additions and changes will need to be made onsite at the Show.

Registration is located on the show floor.

• Show Management Office: Front of LVCC North Hall (at the front of the DEMA Show registration area)

Your safety is of utmost concern to us during your time at DEMA Show 2018. To maintain a safe business atmosphere, DEMA Show's Official Security Provider will be conducting bag checks just prior to entering the DEMA Show floor starting at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 14, 2018.

Drop off your press kits in the Media Office, located in the North Concourse Lobby, between 8:30 AM and 3:00 PM on Tuesday, November 13. We recommend about 50 USB media kits with images of 300 DPI or greater.
