Friendly reminder: Your company should remit the contracted 60% of exhibit space payment by March 25th. After this date your company remains liable for 60% of your contracted booth space payment amount, even if you cancel. Please review your contract for details and make your payment by the March 25 deadline.

 

Don't forget to update your company profile! As a DEMA Show 2019 exhibitor, some information about your company is already listed on the official DEMA Show 2019 website. Now is a great time to make sure your company information is correct via the Exhibitor Console (profiles will be featured in the digital show guide and online directory). Please note, your company description is limited to 500 characters or less (approximately 50 words).

Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service provider other than the official vendors of DEMA Show 2019 (see below). We have been made aware of other companies that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book services through their company at supposedly significant discounts. DEMA Show has NO affiliation with these companies.
