DEMA Show 2019 Exhibitors are invited to donate to the DEMA Show 2019 Silent Auction benefiting DEMA's Disaster Assistance Program! This is a unique opportunity to have your products and services promoted and available for viewing by thousands of attendees looking to make purchasing decisions at DEMA Show 2019.  

In order to receive maximum exposure, please submit your donation no later than October 23, 2019. 

2019 DEMA Members must have their Membership dues paid in full no later than September 30 to receive the DEMA Member exhibit space rate. Until dues are paid in full, invoices will reflect the non-Member rate. After September 30, DEMA Members who have not paid their dues will receive the non-Member rate.

DEMA Show 2019 Exhibitors should register booth personnel for DEMA Show 2019. Complimentary Exhibitor badges are allotted to DEMA Show 2019 Exhibitors as follows:

3 Badges per 100 net square feet of contracted and paid exhibit space

Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service provider other than the official vendors of DEMA Show 2019 (see below). We have been made aware of other companies that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book services through their company at supposedly significant discounts. DEMA Show has NO affiliation with these companies.
