ATCA's new Exhibitor Marketing Webinar will take place this Thursday, September 12 from 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. Last year, the webinar was an extremely helpful resource for exhibitors to prepare and get questions answered. This year there will be even more information on what is new in 2019, including information on our new location at the Washington Convention Center.

We strongly encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity. This webinar is open to all currently registered ATCA Annual 2019 exhibitors. ATCA wants each exhibitor to succeed and this tool will help everyone arrive prepared to meet their goals.

Let Us Know What FAA Contracts You're Supporting!

Beginning last year, to better understand and support you, we gathered information on our exhibitors' FAA contracts. We distributed this list within the FAA and they told us it was extremely useful.

We'd like to offer this to our exhibitors again this year, so we need your assistance in generating this list. Please fill in the attached form to include your prime or subcontractor information and your contract's end or renewal date. Please return this form to Mindy Soranno no later than September 18, 2019.

- Review the Exhibitor List on the ATCA Annual website. Want to make an appointment or form a partnership with anyone? Contact them now — before the event.

- Know your company's “elevator speech” — a quick description of your mission and the services you offer. If all team members are prepared, you will retain more visitors at your booth, especially when several visit at once!

Exhibitor Zone: Once you've signed on, the Exhibitor Zone is your one-stop-shop to complete forms like a Certificate of Insurance, order items for your booth, and your profile (which allows Annual visitors to learn more about you). Check your email for your login and password (it might have gone to your junk folder). If you are unable to locate it, contact Sandra Strickland.
