What's Included in Your Annual Exhibitor Contract
*We Need Your Cooperation During Lunch
on Monday, Oct. 21*
There is no Conference group lunch on Monday, Oct. 21. So, when the Conference breaks on Monday at 12:30 p.m., we expect several hundred conference attendees to use their meal cards at the food and beverage facilities located in the ATCA Annual Exhibit Hall.

From 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 21, please refrain from getting lunch or sitting in the lunch table areas to allow for the quick processing of Conference attendees at the various food and beverage areas in the Hall. We will be giving preferred status to Conference attendees during this time to allow ample time to return to the 2 p.m. keynote address in the Conference Theater (Elwood R. Quesada Theater).

*This only applies for lunch on Monday, Oct. 21. There are no restrictions on food and beverage access on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Going, Going... Meeting Rooms Will Be Gone Before Long!
Only exhibitors and high-level sponsors are entitled to rent meeting room space at the Marriott Marquis Washington, D.C. (ATCA Annual’s headquarters hotel) and on the Exhibit Hall floor at the Washington Convention Center during ATCA Annual.

Due Now: Exhibitor Product Categories and Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Confirm Your Product Categories.  We want to market you well to our visitors. Help us by reviewing, adding, and confirming the Product Categories listed alongside your company on the website. Visit the “Update Product Type” section in the Exhibitor Zone (this information will be published in the Conference Guide in lieu of a company description).

Your Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required! Return to Sandra Strickland once complete. Need to purchase insurance? Do so through Rainprotection.
Upload and Approve Your Exhibitor Company Description
Have you uploaded your company description and information? The Exhibitor Zone is your online exhibitor hub so attendees can learn more about you.  Log into your company profile to review and confirm your company description and POC information, and upload any brochures, press releases, banners, photos, newsletters, etc. you want the public to see.

Promote your booth and announce your attendance to everyone by adding the ATCA Annual Exhibitor Signature to your email! Want your target demographic to show up at your booth? Invite them! Email your customers, colleagues, and contacts with your exhibit schedule and the highlights and activities in your booth. Exhibitor Deadlines
Sept 30 : Discount price for standard Shepard orders ends.
Oct. 11 : eBlast purchase deadline; materials due five business days before scheduled distribution date.
Oct. 11 : Last day for Shepard warehouse deliveries without a surcharge.
Oct. 17 : Last day for Shepard warehouse deliveries.
