The current government per diem rate is $250 and the current corporate rate is $269 - less than a $20 difference per night. NEW THIS YEAR! Exhibitors ordering food and beverage for your booth can place orders directly with ATCA.
Complete the Affiliate/Exhibitor Food & Beverage Request Form on the Exhibitor Info page and email to sandra.strickland@atca.org.
Food and beverage requests are due Monday, September 25, 2017. Requests received after 9/25/17 will be processed as an on-site request.

8 a.m. – 12 p.m.: Large booth setup. Preapproval needed from Sandra to set up early.

12 – 7 p.m.: All booth setup. Pre-approval needed to stay for buildout after 7 p.m.

Sunday, October 15
8:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.: All booth setup. Pre-approval needed to stay for buildout after 7 p.m.

Monday, October 16
9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.: Exhibit Hall open to public (Exhibitors may enter as early as 8:30 a.m.).

Tuesday, October 17
9 a.m. – 4 p.m.: Exhibit Hall open to public (Exhibitors may enter as early as 8:30 a.m.).

Wednesday, October 18
9 a.m. – 3 p.m.: Exhibit Hall open to public (Exhibitors may enter as early as 8:30 a.m.).

3 p.m.: Teardown of show (Exhibit Hall must be clean and empty by Thursday at noon).
