Not only is ATCA Annual moving this year, but the Association's headquarters is also moving! We'll still be located in Old Town Alexandria, but our new address is:

At long last, the Walter E. Washington Convention Center's official and exclusive catering company has provided food and beverage options for ATCA Annual exhibitors!

This information and attached forms are on the ATCA Annual website under Exhibitor Information. Or, use the download links below for quicker access to the order form, customized menu items, additional break packages created by ATCA staff, standard menu items at the D.C. Convention Center, and a summary of key information on ordering at ATCA Annual.

Opening Speaker

Washington, D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser will open the General Session on Monday, October 21.

After her opening remarks, she is interested in touring the Exhibit Hall and meeting with exhibitors who have offices in D.C. Please give her a warm welcome as our new neighbor, as we move ATCA Annual back into the heart of Washington, D.C.

Going, Going... Meeting Rooms Will Be Gone Before You Know It

Exhibitor and high level sponsors are the only renters entitled to meeting room space at the Marriott Marquis Washington, D.C. (ATCA’s headquarters hotel) and on the ATCA Annual Exhibit Hall floor at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center during ATCA Annual. Please book early to ensure you get the meeting/hospitality space you need. As we get closer to ATCA Annual, space options will become more limited. ATCA Annual Exhibitor Marketing Webinar

Thursday, September 12

It's that time of year – ATCA's Exhibitor Marketing Webinar will take place Thursday, September 12 from 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. Last year, the webinar was an extremely helpful one-stop-shop for exhibitors to prepare and get questions answered. This year there will be even more information on what is new in 2019.

This webinar is open to all currently registered ATCA Annual 2019 exhibitors. We strongly encourage entire exhibit teams to attend to make the most out of the event. ATCA wants each exhibitor to succeed and this tool will help everyone arrive prepared to meet their goals. Call-in details will be included in next week's Exhibitor Newsletter.

Exhibitor Zone: Once you've signed on, the Exhibitor Zone is your one-stop-shop to complete forms like a Certificate of Insurance, order items for your booth, and your profile (which allows Annual visitors to learn more about you). Check your email for your login and password (it might have gone to your junk folder). If you are unable to locate it, contact Sandra Strickland.

Sept. 1 : Company Product Categories confirmed within the Exhibitor Zone (this info will be published in the Conference Guide in lieu of a company description).

Sept. 9 : Purchase of color logo upgrade for placement in Conference Guide.

Sept. 9 : Art due for any Exhibitor ads for placement in the Conference Guide.

Sept. 20 : Discount price for custom Shepard rentals ends.

Sept 23 : First day for Shepard warehouse deliveries without a surcharge.

Sept 30 : Discount price for standard Shepard orders ends.

Oct. 11 : eBlast purchase and content submittal due.

Oct. 11 : Last day for Shepard warehouse deliveries without a surcharge.

Oct. 17 : Last day for Shepard warehouse deliveries.
