Recharge and Hydrate: New Features on the Exhibit Hall Floor!
CACI is sponsoring a brand new – and extremely useful – feature on the ATCA Annual Exhibit Floor: three banks of mobile phone chargers to keep exhibitors and attendees on-the-go. They are large portable charging batteries and you can take one with you as you attend a presentation or check out exhibitors. Once you phone is charged, users are asked to simply return the mobile charger to one of the three docking stations in the hall. You can find the charging stations at: CACI Plaza, Plaza 1, and Plaza 2.

Also new this year, in lieu of bottled water, CIGNUS is sponsoring several water coolers which will be dispersed around the Exhibit Hall to keep exhibitors and attendees hydrated. A cooler will be located in each plaza, one in the General Session Welcome Coffee area, and one in the concourse level near registration.
Annual Exhibitors Receive FREE Lead Retrieval in 2019
New this year, all exhibitors have access to a free-to-use Lead Retrieval System . Click through to the detailed PDF to learn more about your options for this complimentary system. More information will be emailed directly to you the week before the event. A representative will be on-site throughout the event to assist exhibitors with the system, from Sunday morning, October 20, through Wednesday afternoon, October 23. The service representative will be located at the ATCA Annual Help desk located in the center of the Exhibit Hall.

Final Call for Meeting Room Rental: Due Monday, Oct. 7
Few meeting room slots remain, and we want you to secure one if needed - but you must do so by close of business, Monday, October 7! Exhibitor and high level sponsors are the only renters entitled to meeting room space at the Marriott Marquis Washington, D.C. (ATCA’s headquarters hotel) and on the ATCA Annual Exhibit Hall floor at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center during ATCA Annual.
