Welcome to the 6th Annual Anime Ohio! If you haven't already met me, my name is Zach and I'm the Exhibitor Coordinator for Anime Ohio.
Below I have listed all the details you will need for load-in. If you have any questions that are not answered, please let me know.
These details are crucial to your load in, please read them thoroughly.
What is included with each booth or table?
Each space included one 8-foot table, 2 chairs, and two exhibitor passes.
What is the convention center's address?

What are my set up times?
July 11th, Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
July 13th, Sunday: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Load out)
What are show hours?
July 11th, Friday: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
July 12th, Saturday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
July 13th, Sunday: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
What happens when the show floor closes?
The show floor will be completely closed off to the public, and only the tournaments will be accessible. Your space will be secure during this time.
How can I order electricity?
Electricity needs to be ordered through the convention center. It can be purchased at the link below.

Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, the convention center has free, fast Wi-Fi. I will have the password at check in.
Where can I order more exhibitor badges?

Please order these in advance, we do not keep cash on site.
Where is the loading dock located?
In order to get to the loading dock entrance, go to the parking lot located off of Lippelman Road. You can also park here throughout the event.

Are loading carts available?
Yes, but you will need to give me your driver's license. Upon returning the cart, you may retrieve your license. They will be available for both loading in and out, but we will have a limited quantity. Carts will not be moved into the hall until the event has ended for load out. Please be as efficient as possible with the carts, if you plan on using a cart for a long period of time, consider bringing your own.
Where do I check in?
We will have a check in table near dock door 6. This is where you will receive your badges. All exhibitors must check in and enter here. Please only send one person to the check in table, and have them distribute badges to the rest of your group.
No one is allowed to park on the ramps in front of any doors. These are primary access doors for anyone entering with carts and displays. It clogs it up and hinders others from entering.
When and where do I enter after check-in?
Before the event, you will need to enter through Door 6 of the loading dock where check-in is. During the event you may use the other entrances. Exhibitors will enter through a set of double doors next to Door 6 on Friday until 4pm. On Saturday and Sunday, exhibitors may enter through these doors starting at 9:00am.
Where can I unload my truck?
Docks 8 and 9 have a lift for truck access to the dock. Do not park there until check in. The dock space is assigned by the venue's dock security guard.
What can I expect for load out?
At 4pm on Sunday, I will open up the garage doors near the loading dock, you may then load out as you see fit.
Everyone, including us, needs to be out of the building no later than 10pm.

Can I leave the event early on Sunday?
You may leave early, but please keep in mind this can hurt your applications to our future events. It isn't fair to our attendees who come expecting a full show floor. If you need to leave due to some emergency, please let me know when it is convenient.
