All Blues Festival exhibitors must have a 10x10 pop-up tent, tables & chairs, as well as all permits of sales and tax required in the state of Maryland. Exhibitor booths will be on Ellsworth between Fenton and Georgia at Downtown Silver Spring. Exhibitors may set up at 2pm. (Hours of event are 3pm-10pm). Note, Blues Festival exhibitors are limited to sell hand-crafted items only or be info booths.
