Interested in existing rentals in your area? Sometimes, browsing our site is the best way to find what you need.  You will note that many existing rental communities have waiting lists that are closed. This is largely due to the fact that literally thousands of applications were received prior to the initial deadline date back when the property was first marketed. For those properties where the waiting list IS open, there still may be hundred or more applicants on the waiting list for some types of units, while the list may be small or even non-existent for specific types of units. If the waiting list is open, we encourage you to apply. There is no fee for submitting a Preliminary Application for a property. We will prioritize your Preliminary Application on a “first-come, first-served” basis and behind the applications that we received during the initial random selection.

This is an existing list and available units are very limited. Applicants currently on the waiting list will have priority. A random selection will be held for all preliminary online applications submitted on or before 1:00 PM, August 18th, 2025, after which the waiting list may be closed.

Welcome to Autumn Hills, a brand new luxury rental community located in the Township of Woodbridge, Middlesex County, New Jersey. A total of 24 apartments, consisting of 1-, 2- and 3- bedroom units, will be available to qualified very-low, low and moderate income households at reduced rents. Please Note: Applicants from Middlesex, Hunterdon and Somerset Counties will be given a priority pursuant to regulations set forth by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs and the Township of Woodbridge. This is an existing list and available units are very limited. Applicants currently on the waiting list will have priority. A random selection will be held for all preliminary online applications submitted on or before 1:00 PM, September 5th, 2025, after which the waiting list may be closed.
