GRANT CREATES NEW POSITIONS IN

EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION CENTERS

We are hiring positions to provide emotional, mental, and behavioral mental health services to children and their caregivers at five early childhood centers in the metropolitan Kansas City area. Funded through an $8 million grant from the Anchors of Tomorrow Fund, the goal is to build the critical connection between strong mental health and kindergarten readiness. Learn more.

WE NEED FOSTER HOMES WITH

BIG-HEARTED PEOPLE

We launched a foster parent recruitment campaign to generate 75 new foster homes in Kansas and 10 new foster homes and 5 treatment foster homes in Missouri this year. The campaign—“Big Needs Require People with Big Hearts” in Kansas and “Home is Where Healing Begins” in Missouri—is designed to reach hundreds of prospective foster parents in the Kansas City metro area. As prospects consider becoming foster parents, they will receive ongoing information about the need, benefits, and answers to common questions.
