Project Access Northwest is proud to announce its expansion into Eastern Washington, with a focus on Spokane—marking another major milestone in our mission to improve access to care for underserved communities across the state. MultiCare Health System is joining forces with Project Access Northwest to support the Cascade Care Sponsorship Program. 

Project Access Northwest is proud to announce its partnership with the North Sound ACH Community Hub network, a community-driven nonprofit transforming systems across a five-county region — Island, San Juan, Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom — so that everyone can get their health, social and community needs met in ways that work best for them. 

Each year, the Seattle/King County Clinic transforms Seattle Center into a powerful symbol of what’s possible when community, compassion and coordination come together. This extraordinary free clinic—the largest in the nation—brings together hundreds of health care professionals and community partners to provide essential medical, dental and vision services to individuals who struggle to access care.

Our eighth annual Strike Down Barriers to Health Care event will be held Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at Lucky Strike Bellevue in Lincoln Square. Join us from 6:00–8:30 p.m. to relax with health care leaders in our community, enjoy appetizers and drinks, and learn how you can help ensure every person has access to appropriate health care.
