November in Massachusetts
“I cannot endure to waste anything so precious as autumnal sunshine by staying in the house.”
– Nathaniel Hawthorne
As we enjoy the last month of autumn, the aroma of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove fills the air as our beloved fall dishes return. The richness of Massachusetts farmlands provides a bounty of vegetables, potatoes, apples, tree nuts, and berries ~ all the ingredients needed to prepare our traditional family favorites. The last vivid colors of fall invite us to take one more walk as leaves crunch with each step. Foliage made possible by Massachusetts.
