If you are experiencing billing issues with providers (doctors) or pharmacies in your Medicare Advantage Plan (Part C) or Prescription Drug (Part D) plan's network, you can ask your pharmacy or provider to contact your plan directly to try and resolve.
If you continue to experience issues or if your pharmacy or provider is unresponsive, you can file a grievance with your Medicare Advantage
plan or Prescription Drug plan.
