Meet our new postpartum facilitator, Brooke Patmor!
|
In 2010 Brooke (they/them) was introduced to the birth world through the avenue of homebirth midwifery where they had the opportunity to apprentice a sage midwife in Northern California. It was then that they knew this was a life calling. In addition to being a birth and postpartum doula, Brooke is also a full spectrum doula and reproductive justice advocate providing support for all birth outcomes including abortion, miscarriage, and stillbirth.

• We give our respect to the Ramaytush and Chochenyo Ohlone people, on whose traditional and unceded land we are grateful to live and work, and on which our San Francisco and East Bay events take place.
• We acknowledge the unpaid labor of the first 12 generations of Americans of African descent, who suffered the horrors of the Middle Passage, two and a half centuries of chattel slavery, and another century of de facto segregation and genocide. We are indebted to their labor, and acknowledge the multigenerational impact of this violence, still felt today.
• We strive to make our office and programs accessible to all families. Please let us know when you register what accommodations will help your family participate to the fullest. Read our Accessibility Statement here.
