Limited Service Notice – Martin Luther King Jr. Day

On Monday, January 19, 2026, the Washington Transportation Center will be closed in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Fixed route and shared ride services will operate as normal. Shared ride passengers who need to schedule trips for Monday, January 19 should contact Freedom Transit at 724-223-8747 by 12:00 PM on Friday, January 16, 2026.

Did you know that we offer free transportation options on the fixed route bus?


Seniors aged 65 and older are eligible for free rides on our fixed route buses, providing access to destinations across Washington County and into Downtown Pittsburgh. Secure your no-cost transportation by calling our customer service team at (724) 223-8747 for registration assistance.


Traveling with a child? We offer free transportation for kids 11 and under when accompanied by a parent or guardian!
