U. City Spotlight: Circle@Crown Cafe Begins Kosher Curbside Service
The Circle@Crown Cafe has begun kosher curbside service. If you’ve been missing your favorites like the tuna fish, paninis and the Impossible Burger, those items and more will be available for curbside pickup. 

The Circle@Crown Cafe offers fresh-made fare that is kosher dairy. In season, they use fresh herbs and vegetables directly from the Crown Center garden to enhance the flavors of our menu.
Customers pay no tax or tip. Food insecurity is one of the most urgent needs created by the Covid-19 crisis for the Crown Center Community and area seniors.

You can help today! Additional donations to Crown Center with orders will help support the Crown Center kosher meal program during this crisis.  

To place your order, Call 314-412-4350 and you can view the menu here . Hours are: Monday – Thursday from 8am – 2pm.
Food has been prepared under supervision of the Vaad Hoeir of St. Louis and is certified kosher dairy.

Here is a list of U. City businesses that are doing their part to make the world a better place by helping their neighbors:

Fitz's - Fitz's created a  STL Strong Fitz’s Root Beer   bottle for the sole purpose of donating them to hospitals and first responders, among others, as a small appreciation for all their hard work during these difficult times. ALL proceeds will go to the Fitz's Emergency Relief Fund to help staff who have been most impacted by Covid-19.

Halycon Shades - A U. City businessman saw coronavirus coming. So he stopped making window shades and is now producing plastic face shields for medical workers. Read the St. Louis Post-Dispatch article here .
House of India - House of India is donating lunchboxes to our front line workers as a way of thanking them. They’re protecting our lives by risking theirs. If you would like to contribute, you can visit their website to donate a lunch box! Let’s give as many of these yummy lunchboxes as we can!
