Get Recognized for Problem Solving Using an A3 Process
Each quarter, lean leaders select an A3 that showcases how a team effectively used the corporate A3 standard as part of their problem-solving process. This helps enable others to understand how problem-solving tools are used in a variety of situations. When selected, the recognized A3 is featured in the Lean Advocate newsletter with a link to an interview with a team member, as well as posted on the Lean Exchange. Take a look at some of the best-in-class A3s that have been showcased.

Cohort 6 Creates “Making Time for Lean”
One of the main concerns employees have about lean is making time to learn and implement it. Cohort 6, the latest group to attend the Lean Leadership Development Program, created training that provides ways to make the time. It’s called “Making Time for Lean” and provides videos on each slide that provide ideas to understand the gains offered by implementing lean practices and how to dedicate time for lean. Take a look.
