Warm greetings fresh off from the ITB 2024 in Berlin!

This first quarter of the year had our team managing a high number of bookings, which was challenged by the occasional shortage in ground services across both Vietnam and Laos. In spite of this, we find a spark of new possibilities which we can ignite by reinforcing our local partnerships and encouraging our travellers to consider a broader travel period. Here we recommend the Green Season (May to October) as the best time to travel, guaranteeing lush and stunning nature views, fewer crowds, and more attractive rates.

Exploring New Escapades in Laos

Our team went on a seven-day product creation trip to develop new and exciting adventures in Laos. The results breathe new life into our Laotian products, giving the destination the exposure it truly deserves: from a magical alighting in Luang Prabang to a special, fun evening with friendly locals.

Adventure also awaits nature lovers and thrill seekers, with mountain bike expeditions that range from 1 to 4 days on the back roads of the Si Phan Don region. Beyond boating, biking, and exploring its 4,000 islands, we have put together together special sidecar city tours in Pakse and incredible scooter rides from Champassak to the Cambodian border. Those who want to learn about the local daily life and industries will be invited to walk through the doors of a socially-responsible coffee cooperative in the Bolaven, for an intimate experience with the ethnic minorities who make their living from coffee and vegetable crops.

Creating a Benchmark for Concierge Service

The beginning of the year saw the expansion of our travel assistance and concierge services in Vietnam. After a successful initial trial with some of our most trusted partners, this new service has been rolled out across our operations. Travellers can now enjoy having a single point of contact to request for anything at any time: from reconfirming a pick-up time to asking for a restaurant recommendation. This new service has also enabled us to make our welcome and farewell procedures completely paperless.
