If you've been thinking about Hoffman for a while, but still have questions,
Introduction Day
is the perfect place to ask them - and a great way to start a new year.
The day is hands-on and run by one of our Supervising Facilitators, who'll give you a flavour of our tools and techniques. Whether you go on to do the full Process or not, you will definitely learn some useful skills and practical tools to help you with your day-to-day life.
Introduction Days can also be useful for partners/family members of people who have already completed the Process, as it gives a greater understanding of what they have learned. Hoffman graduates are welcome to come along for free, but should

Arrive from 9.00am for a prompt 9.30am start. We aim to finish by 5pm.

Making Relationships Work
is a weekend designed to get couples connected again – through clear communication, witnessing each other and rebuilding respect, trust and intimacy.
The workshop is open to couples already in a committed relationship. You do not have to have done the Hoffman Process to take part. Workshops for individuals who are not currently in an intimate relationship can be found

are the perfect place to ask them.
Information evenings
in London are led by Hoffman MD Serena Gordon. They also offer the opportunity to speak with Hoffman facilitators and hear from people who have done the course.
They're informal - you don't even have to give your name - and run from 7.30-9.30pm.

information phone-in
and hear what others have to say.
There's no pre-booking needed for a
phone-in
and you don't have to give any information about yourself apart from a name. Simply dial in, enter the call PIN and you'll be welcomed into a group call where you're free to introduce yourself and ask questions, or just to listen quietly.
All calls are led by a member of the Hoffman team, joined by a volunteer who has done the Process. Either (or both!) will be happy to answer any queries you might have.

You can register online for any Hoffman Process that has availability by clicking the orange link and paying a £500 deposit. Our enrolment team will contact you, and if it turns out that the Process isn't right for you at this time, we'll refund your deposit in full.
