Flexible Packaging is ideal for food, beverages, personal care, and the pharmaceutical industries with about 90 percent of flexible packaging used for these products.

Register Now! 5P Showcase Expo is Feb. 24
The GBIG 5P Showcase Expo brings together industry experts and leading innovations in the 5P Industries, converting, and food packaging. Don’t miss your chance to attend or exhibit at the 5P Showcase Expo on Tuesday, Feb. 24, at Oneida Casino Hotel in Green Bay. Less than 10 exhibitor booths remain open, so don't delay. The cost is $1,000 to exhibit and $50 to attend. The Expo is open 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with industry experts presenting at 9:00 a.m. and 1 p.m. and a free, onsite networking event from 3:30-5 p.m.

Making the World Safer with Packaging
Laura Bix, PhD, is the Interim Director for the School of Packaging at Michigan State University. She leads the Packaging HUB - Healthcare, Universal Design and Biomechanics. Her interdisciplinary efforts regarding healthcare packaging and ease of use have been recognized by industry experts.
Prof. Bix will present "Making the World Safer with Packaging" at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 24, at the 5P Showcase Expo.

Construction Project
Bemis Company, Inc. selected Hoffman to provide planning, design, and construction management services for its $25 million facility expansion project in Oshkosh.
The 160,000 sq. ft. project involved renovating two existing facilities on the Bemis Healthcare Packaging Oshkosh campus and constructing a 107,000 sq. ft. warehouse addition that combines the buildings into one.
